Hi there! I'm Kass: a proud mom of two, prairie girl, costume-drama and Escape To The Country enthusiast, emotive storyteller, and acclaimed portrait artist. With numerous photographic awards under my belt, I've dedicated my career to capturing timeless fine art portraits that embody the magic of childhood, the journey of motherhood, and the unique beauty of each family’s precious bond.

Having earned accreditation from the Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC), you can rest assured that I bring a wealth of expertise to the studio; I currently hold national accreditation in the PPOC’s Portrait and Children & Infant categories. I always prioritize safety when working with infants: I’ve taken many special newborn safety education courses, possess my Standard First Aid and CPR certification, and ensure I’m up-to-date with my personal vaccines to help prevent unnecessary risk to my littlest clients.

I've invested heavily into my education over the years, seizing invaluable opportunities to travel and learn in-person from some of the most talented portrait artists in the world. From the picturesque landscapes of the UK countryside, to the breathtaking fairy forests of the North American west coast, I love to find inspiration in all the beauty the world has to offer!
